Today is National Paper Airplane Day. Paper airplanes are a deceptively simple and common form of papercraft that's typically but not always origami. The most typical "unless you have aphantasia rotate a basic paper airplane in your mind" models are sometimes called paper darts.
One popular thing to do sometimes is to try to make modified paper planes. I remember reading in a book as a kid (I think it was "Rent a Third Grader" but don't quote me on that) that if you put a paperclip in the nose of a paper airplane it flies better. That's probably an experiment you could do at home if you want. I'd test it but I don't want to. If you do test it, let me know.
