WSTH: Please Introduce yourself

Tori: My name is Tori! I’m an amateur cartoonist and love doodling whenever I can.

WSTH: How are you enjoying Art Fight this year?

Tori: It’s been great! This is my first year participating in Art Fight and everything has been so fun. I haven’t made as many “attacks” as I thought I would, but I’m still content. And it’s wonderful seeing people happy to be surprised with fanart.

WSTH: What is your favorite part about Art Fight?

Tori: I’d say my favorite part is working with so many unique character designs and learning about their backstories. Art Fight is a perfect platform for me to practice drawing distinctive characters while getting to know who they are.

WSTH: Do you think you will do Art Fight next year?

Tori: I sure hope so! Now that I’m familiar with it I hope to keep up with it as much as I can every year going forward.

WSTH: What do you work on creatively next to Art Fight?

Tori: I’m kind of all over the place with creative projects at the moment! I’ve been working on characters for a comic I hope to get off the ground one day. I’ve also got a blog where I write, like, short essays about pretty much whatever I want, called The Babbler. Anything else I make that turns out really cool ends up on my portfolio. And then next to all that I’ve just got various little craft projects.

WSTH: Anything else you want to share?

Tori: Can’t think of much else, only that I very much enjoyed this interview and always love checking in on Weird Stuff That Happens :)
