WSTH September Update

Hello everyone,It's Tomtab with the monthly site update! The big thing this month is that I re-did the Mod page, and with that, we have an addition to the Weird Stuff That Happens mod team. If you have been keeping an eye on the site's comments, you are already familiar with StarJaxer. I am ecstatic to have Jax join my website team, and I know they have a lot to add to the website.
